During my final year of academics there was a subject called insurance in M.Com final year and in the same subject I scored the highest marks in kanpur University it was a great moment for me, resulting that I decided to make career in insurance.
On 12th May 1992, I visited LIC branch called CBO II, Kanpur and taken LIC agency, as this work is related to field job so lots of queries from family and relatives questioned my decision but I decided to be own boss, and started studying insurance techniques customer service and other insurance industry related litratures to prequre good amount of business with customers satisfaction.
In the year 2002, I completed my Ist MDRT, USA target, the pioneer institution for insurance professionals of the world and honoured as life membership for continuous 15 MDRT targets attended MDRT Annual Meetings, Experience Meetings and Global Conference in USA, Canada, Australia, Hongkong, Malaysia, Bangkok, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Dubai. In the year 2002 the highest chairman clu In b membership the by doing 600 policies target, still maintaining same honour in the year 2026.
In the year 2008 I became Chief Agent (CLIA) to mentor and make agents under my supervision.
In the year 2016 Zee News TV channels has made a film on my insurance career (Sapno Ki Udaan) episode. It proved as testimonial of my insurance agency success story.
I trained more than 3200 insurance professionals so far in India and abroad.
I am doing mutual fund and mediclaim business also.
Right now I am surving more than 4000 policies and 1200+ mutual fund clients.
