The Motivation Talk Show at the Kolkata seminar seems to have been a casual experience or rather a discussion. Being at the front and presenting oneself with personal experiences and tales from the audience has resulted in an automatic connection.
What stayed with me the most was the sincerity of the people in the room. They weren’t just inhabiting their space to listen, but to think, to question, to grow as individuals. Every smile, every thoughtful nod was also reminding me of the fact that motivation doesn’t come just from speeches delivered, but from being sincere in our experiences as humans.
The warmth and friendly nature of Kolkata contributed something special to the encounter. It also made me see the power of people coming together with interest and hope. I felt better leaving the site, feeling inspired and thankful.
This seminar reinforced to me the value of such a dialogue, as it reenergizes not only the audience but the speaker as well.
